Tempo Hostel - Semporna

The rooms at Tempo in Semporna are decorated so nicely! They make you feel instantly at home and cozy. I loved how the twin/double room had a soundproofing and a private entrance. It also had a seating area where we could relax and chat. The triple room had air conditioning, which was a relief in the hot weather. The other twin/double room also had soundproofing, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. And the showers in the room were just perfect after a long day of exploring.

I found the price per night a bit high, but that's just my personal opinion. Others might find it reasonable considering the comfortable and well-appointed rooms.

The cleanliness of the rooms, with crisp white bedding and towels, made for a comfortable experience. The location, being a bit outside of town, was actually a blessing in disguise as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the disappointment of Semporna. Plus, the affordable 2MYR per person shuttle into town made it convenient to explore. The help-yourself breakfast of toast and coffee/tea was a nice touch, and the free shuttle back to town the next morning was a thoughtful gesture.

had a fantastic family holiday in semporna, but tempo made it even better! lovely staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and hot showers. loved the free water refill station, tea/coffee, and daily shuttle. perfect location near shops and local restaurants.

Tempo exceeded my expectations. the manager's hospitality was outstanding. He was patient, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure we understood everything. He went above and beyond to meet our demands, even handling last-minute changes smoothly. the staff was warm and welcoming upon our arrival. They were also efficient, fixing a technical problem in our bathroom within seconds. the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, clean sheets, and towels. the bathrooms were super clean with nice hot showers. the provision of a hair dryer in every room was a nice touch. I appreciated the free water refill station, as it shows their commitment to the environment. the availability of free tea and coffee was a bonus. the location was convenient, with a supermarket and local restaurants nearby. the hotel even provided a free shuttle to the jetty. a lovely place with great staff and excellent value.
